You know, I went to the Isle of Skye in Scotland after staying In the City of Glasgow for a few months. And, believe it or not, I decided to drive from Glasgow to Isle of Skye on a rented Peugeot in order to appreciate the grandeur of the Grampian Mountains. Can you imagine how great that fells as I drove along the roads that twist below the towering munroes? But the problem is, as I drove along, I have to stop now and then to catch a glimpse of it and take a few snaps. Anyway, I traveled on A82, passed by Loch Lomond, Fort William and turned into A87 and headed towards Glenelg, south of Kyle of Lochalsh. Finally I am reaching and I took the privately operated car ferry to arrive on the Isle of Skye at Kylerhea. Or, if you prefer, you can take the Isle of Skye Bridge, which is a road bridge that spans over Loch Alsh. The Isle of Skye Bridge connects the mainland with the island forming part of A87. The Isle of Skye Bridge is a short bridge of about 500m.
